The owner Mark project managed a comprehensive upgrade of my semi-detached bungalow. His workforce not only laid beautiful flooring but also papered, painted, did plumbing and electrics, joinery work, etc with fabulous results.

Mark and his team have provided us with excellent service. The new oak floors in 2 rooms look fantastic and have been professionally laid. The job required consequential electrical works and painting and all was co-ordinated for us. There was also in another room some sanding and carpeting, which was also co-ordinated. All the workmen were polite and professional and turned up at 8:00 am prompt until 4:00pm each day.

Great advice from Mark on suitable flooring for our hall and kitchen and underfloor heating for the kitchen, prompt quotation and work spec provided. Work undertaken on days agreed, Craig and colleagues consulted fully on suggested 'workarounds' / positioning of the thermostat, etc where there were problems and the finished product is excellent. Friendly and efficient service from a great team. Penny Sim Mark and his team have done an excellent job of the oak flooring and underfloor heating in our new flat. Mark helped and advised us on what sort of flooring to go with taking into account our tastes and budget. Stuart (the fitter) has been very professional, reliable, skilled and informative. We are very happy with the end product. Not only does it look good but an added benefit is that the creaking of the floor in the hallway has improved immeasurably - a fantastic result.

Flooring in 3 rooms, a significant amount of repair, re-papering and re-decorating and a little electrical work all organized by Mark and his team. Excellent communication and full transparency of costs and timescales. Delighted with the quality of the work and the courtesy/professionalism of the team who carried it out.
